Vanam Origins™ (operated by HORIZONENTERPRISES, Gurugram, Haryana, India) ships across India and internationally.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on how your order is fulfilled. Because our products are handcrafted, occasionally an item may take a little longer — we'll let you know if so.

Shipping charges & destinations

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and are shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterward. We currently ship within India and to: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and the United States. (Availability and delivery estimate are confirmed at checkout.)

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your assigned courier partner.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Undeliverable or returned shipments

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damage or loss in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Replacement Policy — we'll arrange a replacement.
