This website is operated by HORIZONENTERPRISES ("we", "us", "our"), the entity behind the Vanam Origins™ brand, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage with our services and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Products

  • All products are handcrafted from natural wood. Variation in grain, colour, tone, and texture is inherent to handmade goods and is not a defect.
  • Our wellness products (e.g. Vijaysar wooden glass) are traditional lifestyle items, not medical products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are on medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display is accurate.

2. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of GST, if applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider(s) at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

3. Orders

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or product/pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/replacements by our Refund & Replacement Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: we don't accept general returns, only replacements (or a refund if a replacement isn't available) for items that arrive damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual property

"Vanam", "Vanam Origins", the Vanam logo, and all site content (images, text, designs) are the property of HORIZONENTERPRISES and may not be used without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HORIZONENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
